Regular, hour-long calls ☎️
After an initial deep-dive, we meet online every week (or two) for about 1 hour.
We can discuss problems you don't know how to solve, or how to execute on opportunities. Or anything else that you find stressful or exciting.
Fixed price, month-to-month 🧘
We work together as long as it's highly effective and you're happy, without any artificial commitment.
It’s a simple fixed price per month, with no minimum.
I offer a special price for pre-revenue, non-profit and social enterprises.

In those 25 years, I've been a founder who exited, a programmer who engineered at petabyte scale, and a VP of Engineering who ramped up teams at breakneck speed.
